Returns & Warranty
At Jittmer LLC, we want you to love your purchase. Whether you need to make a return or file a warranty claim, we’ve made the process simple — so you can focus on your love of the game.
🛒 Returns Policy (All Jittmer Products)
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Who can return: Only the original purchaser or authorized recipient may request a return.
Shipping responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
Processing fee: Our 3PL, charges a $3 processing fee per returned item, which will be billed to us and may be deducted from your refund depending on your return method.
Inspection: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Items damaged, used, or outside policy guidelines may not be eligible for a refund.
Gift returns: We reserve the right to approve returns of items purchased as gifts to prevent unauthorized returns.
🛠️ 6-Month Limited Warranty (Mulli-Can Only)
Every Mulli-Can comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.
If your Mulli-Can has an issue that falls under warranty, we’ll either:
- Replace it
- Refund your purchase
(At our discretion.)
🚫 What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scuffs, scratches, fading)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Loss or theft
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or secondhand
📬 How to Submit a Warranty Claim (Mulli-Can Only)
Email customersupport@jittmer.com with:
- Your order number (from TikTok Shop, Amazon, or our website)
- Date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the problem
- Your shipping address (if a replacement is approved)
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
📦 Do I Need to Return the Product?
- In most warranty cases, no return is required — just documentation.
- If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and cover shipping.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Warranty claims are specific to the Mulli-Can. Returns for other reasons (change of mind, gifts, etc.) follow the 30-day policy above and may incur return shipping or $3 processing fees.
- We recommend keeping the original packaging for easier returns.
- Our 3PL is responsible for handling returned items, but you are responsible for any costs associated with standard returns (aside from warranty shipping we provide).
📝 Legal Stuff
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties beyond the 6-month term. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by law.
