At Jittmer LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Whether you need to request a return or submit a warranty claim, we’re here to help.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible Jittmer products.
To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unused
-
In original condition
-
In original packaging
-
Returned with all included parts and accessories
Only the original purchaser or authorized recipient may request a return.
How to Start a Return
Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.
To start a return, email customersupport@jittmer.com with:

Your order number
-
The name used on the order
-
The item you’d like to return

The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return reference number.
Approved returns may receive a return reference such as:
JT-R-{Order Number}
Please include this return reference number on or inside your return package so our fulfillment partner can identify the return when it arrives.
Returns sent without approval or without a return reference number may experience delays or may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of the label may be deducted from your refund.
Our fulfillment partner charges a $3 processing fee per returned item, which may be deducted from your refund depending on the return method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refunds
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
Items that are used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging, or outside our return policy guidelines may not be eligible for a refund.
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Returns on Bundles, Multi-Packs, or Promotional Offers
If you purchased a discounted bundle, multi-pack, or promotional offer and return only part of the order, your refund may be adjusted based on the standard retail price/MSRP of the items you keep.
Refunds for partial returns are calculated after accounting for the MSRP of any items not returned. The remaining eligible balance, if any, will be refunded after the returned items are received and inspected.
Gift Returns
We reserve the right to approve or deny returns of items purchased as gifts to help prevent unauthorized returns.
6-Month Limited Warranty
Every Mulli-Can™ comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.
If your Mulli-Can™ has an issue that falls under warranty, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the product

What’s Not Covered
The 6-month limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage, including scuffs, scratches, or fading

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

Lost or stolen products
-
Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim for a Mulli-Can™, email customersupport@jittmer.com with:

Your order number from TikTok Shop, Amazon, or our website

Date of purchase

A brief description of the issue

Photos or video clearly showing the problem

Your shipping address, if a replacement is approved
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
Do I Need to Return the Product for a Warranty Claim?
In most warranty cases, no return is required — just documentation.
If a return is necessary for a warranty claim, we will provide instructions and cover shipping.
Important Notes
Warranty claims are specific to the Mulli-Can™. Returns for other reasons, including change of mind or gift returns, follow the 30-day return policy above and may incur return shipping costs or processing fees.
We recommend keeping your original packaging for easier returns.
Policy Updates
Jittmer LLC reserves the right to update or modify this return and warranty policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that order, unless otherwise required by law.
Legal Stuff
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties beyond the 6-month warranty term. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by law.
